Payment

  • All purchases will be handed over after full payment has been received.
  • In addition are applicable the Dutch general terms of settlement

Insurance

  • The insurance of all purchases is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Objects shipped must be insured.
  • The insured sum always equals the purchase price of the item.
  • Costs of insurance will be passed-on.

Shipping

  • Items are shipped via Post.nl unless otherwise requested.
  • Shippingcosts are for the customers account.
  • Shipping usually takes place within three business days after full payment has been received.
  • Please note that alternative shipping methods are available.
  • In that case, the customer should indicate his or her shipping preferences.
  • Before shipping costs are calculated.
  • Shipping will only take place after the buyer has agreed to the costs and conditions attached.

Shipping abroad

  • All purchases can in principle be shipped worldwide.
  • International shipments are subject to additional handling charges and fees.
  • Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the customer’s own responsibility.
